"2 time dvt survivor been in stockings a long time... I have a bone spur on my foot and the open toe knee high Sigvaris natural rubber stockings I used to wear daily started causing me pain there. This allows my ankle to not be overly compressed either. The Velcro fails after a few months and I'm sure Washing in machine and drying in a machine wears them out faster because of the mechanics wear and tear on the Velcro . I would give it five stars but I feel like the Velcro wears out too fast so this next pair is only being hand washed and dried. It is much easier to do than a pair of 50-60mm hg stockings. Would be useful also if you have a bad shoulder or weak hands. These would have been great to have during shoulder surgeries."
"I have the right size and have DVT-related swelling. No matter how tight in Set the straps, the wraps tend to slide downward during the day, thus loosening the cinch ."
