Return Policy

At Compression Store our goal is to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. And sometimes that involves needing to return an item for a refund or an exchange. We realize that finding the right garment doesn't always happen the first time. So that we may better serve you please familiarize yourself with our return and exchange policy.

Inspect Your Order/Keep All Packaging

Upon receiving your order, please take the time to inspect your order ensuring all of your garments are free of any manufacturers defects and for order completeness. Also, please keep all packaging and materials for all of your garments at least for the first 30 days. Our manufacturers will not take any garment back without its original packaging and materials, which prevents us from doing so.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable: bandaging, woundcare, tapes, any Juzo color outside of Beige and Black (dyed-on-demand colors), Juzo Dreamsleeve collection , Circaid non-elastic garments, UlcerCare Stockings, plastic/post surgical garments and accessories. 

30 Day-Rule

Return for Refund

Most products may be returned for refund within 30 days of their purchase. Items must be unworn and have all of their original packaging and materials and in resalable condition. Items that smell of smoke, perfumes or pets will not be eligible for a refund.

Exchange/Store Credit

It is imperative that all customers try on their garments to ensure proper fit and comfort. We realize there will be situations when a garment may not fit or feel right. If this happens, please contact us immediately and we will provide you with a RMA# (Returned Merchandise Authorization Number) to send them back for an exchange.

*We can only exchange garments that are in new condition, have all of their packaging and materials and do not smell of smoke, perfumes or pets. (You may try them on for fit but not for a marathon)

Manufacturers Defects

Although manufacturers defects do not occur often they do occur. If you believe your newly purchased item is defective you may return it within 30 days of purchase. You must contact us prior to sending the defective garment back so that we may issue you a RMA#. If Compression Store or the manufacturer believes the return item is not defective, you will not receive a credit or exchange and you will be responsible for the returned shipping charges. If the garment is found to be defective we will reimburse you for your postage and pay to ship it back to you.

180-Day Rule

Exchange/Store Credit

We have some customers that stock up on their stockings and may not touch a new pair for several months. If this is you and you find that you have decided you want to try something different, a different color, or maybe your sizing has changed over the course of several months. Then this will be helpful. You have 180 days from the time of purchase to exchange new, unworn garments that have all of their packaging and materials for another product on our website. The exchange or credit value goes by what you paid at the time of purchase.

*We are unable to accept any products for exchange or store credit if they smell of smoke, perfumes or pets. Please keep items in a sterile, clean environment.

How to Return?

If your order qualifies for a refund or exchange, please call our toll free number 1-866-697-3515 or email us at with the following information:

1. Full Name

2. Invoice Number

3. They product that is being returned and reason for the return

4. And your requested course of action

A Return Authorization (RA#) will be provided, as well as the return instructions and return shipping address. Please write the RA# on the outside of the shipping package (not the product package.) Packages received without prior authorization are subject to a 20% restocking fee or refusal at our discretion.

Shipping and order processing charges will be deducted from any refund. This includes a $5.95 charge on returns that originally qualified for free shipping. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, but will be reimbursed in the event of a defect or miss-shipment. A $5.95 charge will be applied to all exchanges to pay for the reshipment of your product. Orders placed via Google Checkout and PayPal are eligible for store credit only. This policy is subject to change without prior notice

Ship Returns and Exchanges to:

Please ship all products back in like packaging insuring it gets back to us in new condition. We recommend using a shipping method that can be tracked. We are not responsible for any lost shipments that we do not receive.
