90 Day Return Policy
Products that are new and in their original, sealed packaging may be returned for up to 90 days following the original purchase date for a store credit.
Returns that are received with original packaging within 30 days from the original purchase date will be refunded to the original form of payment OR store credit in the form of a coupon code to be redeemed on our website. This includes items that have been worn or tried on.
Returns received after 30 days from original purchase date will be refunded as store credit. Store credit expires one year from the date of issue. All purchases made with store credit can only;y be returned for store credit. To apply store credit towards a new purchase, simply order online and enter the coupon code at checkout.
What if it's been opened or tried on?
Products that have been opened, worn or tried on, must have the original packaging to be returned and will only be accepted within 30 days from the receipt of purchase for a refund. Products that have been tried or worn must be laundered prior to return.
If something is not right with your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance. If it is our mistake, we will make it right at our expense. If you just need another size or color, we will help you place a new order for the product you desire and to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number to ship your product back for a refund. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will issue a refund to the form of payment used at the time of purchase.
How to return?
If your order qualifies for return, please call our customer service team at 866-697-3515 or e-mail them at firstname.lastname@example.org with a reason for the return and your requested course of action in order to obtain an RMA number and prepaid SmartLabel®. A $6.95 fee will be deducted from your refund for use of the prepaid label. If you choose to ship it via other means, please be sure to use a traceable, insured method to ensure arrival to our facility. If using a prepaid SmartLabel®, simply apply the label to the package and hand it to your postman. To request a special pickup, visit www.usps.com or call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). If using your own label, please note your RMA# on the outside and inside of your package and return it to:

Qualifying orders returned without prior authorization will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any applicable shipping and order processing charges will be deducted from the refund. This includes a $6.95 return label fee, if used. If the return is a result of an incorrect shipment or product defect, we will provide a return label free of charge. Prices on exchanges will be based on the website price at the time the exchange was requested. In the event of an exchange, a $5.95 S&H fee will be added to the new order. Refunds may take 4-10 business days to post to your account after processed. For more information regarding credits to your account, please contact your card issuer or payment processor.
