Short Foot for Big Foot

"I wear a woman's size 14 shoe. (Size 13 in men's size). The foot on these knee highs isn't as long as I wish it were because it pulls too tight on my toes. I purchased the largest size available as I am tall and have large calves/legs, too. I may end up cutting the toe open to allow extra room. Not the ideal solution. I sometimes buy open toe knee highs because of this but was really hoping these would work as-is."
