"These help out my swollen feet and ankles but the thigh highs do a better job. For me I think the knee highs prevent more blood flow getting back up my legs To my heart, with my bad vein valves. I’ve been wearing one type or the other for 25 yrs. I like Jobst brand because I can buy the color cinnamon which is so much more appealing than nude that another brand offers. I recommend buying the silicone band on either style hose."
