"I purchased online 3 pairs of knee highs, not seeing from the description that a 'grip top' meant uncomfortable sticky blobs around the band. Wishing to exchange these for the softer tops, I took them back to the Compression Store in NYC' They would not accept or exchange them saying online purchases were different . I called the company shown on the packing slip (Aleva Stores, 248 289 1188) and every option took me to a voicemail which said no-one could answer at this time, please call back later. Interestingly, from an 'unassociated provider; I have received a request from Compression Store asking for my rating. At the moment there is a very irritated purchaser who is unable to return mistaken purchases."
