"they are a good product. reasonably easy to put on or take off. use hand wash setting on washing machine, warm water setting. I do have to adjust at least twice daily, that effects length of time they are useable. standard time is about 5-6 months but I change into new one about every 3-4 months. by that time velcro is worn out."
