The Thuasne BiFlex Self-Adjust Thigh Wrap is one component of the BiFlex Self-Adjust modular compression wrap system — a ready-made inelastic wrap designed for effective, personalized upper leg compression therapy. Cushioned open-cell foam absorbs and evenly distributes pressure while wicking moisture from the skin. The built-in 50% overlapping No-Gap Strapping System mimics bandaging for consistent, gap-free coverage, while the patented Control Pressure Adjuster delivers precise, consistent compression every time. Use the Thigh Wrap alone or combine it with the BiFlex Self-Adjust Foot, Calf, and Knee Wraps for complete lower extremity treatment. Available in Regular and Tall lengths.

Care Instructions: Machine wash on gentle/delicate cycle, warm (up to 86°F), in a wash bag. Close hook-and-loop fasteners before washing. Air dry flat away from direct heat. Do not tumble dry, iron, or dry clean. Wash daily or after each use.
