Good Compression but...

"They are tight across the tendon in front of my leg where the bottom of your shin transitions to the top of your foot,. Could be the way I am built but would be prohibitive to wear these for long with that much binding. From floor to bottom of knee I am 18.5" these are rated to 18" and worked, no cutting into the top of my calf and my calf circumference is 18""
